Appointment Policy – No Shows, Late Cancellations & Deposits
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no show”) will be charged the full cost of the booked service.
Payment of any outstanding no-show or late cancellation fee is required before any future appointments can be made. The business reserves the right to decline or withhold booking confirmations until all previous charges have been settled in full.
New clients may be required to pay in advance via a secure payment link. If prepayment is not completed, the booking may not be accepted or confirmed.
